Participant Waiver and Release
This waiver covers voluntary participation in FLEXATHON runs, health declarations, assumption of risk, medical support, emergency treatment, route conditions, compliance with event instructions, image consent and liability provisions.
All runners must make a health declaration and verify they are physically fit and trained for their selected race category. By registering, participants assume all inherent risks of running events and grant consent for event media usage and emergency medical services.
