Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy defines transfer rules, refund eligibility, event postponement, cancellation due to weather or authority restrictions, non-refundable items and processing timelines.
In the event of weather-related cancellation, authority restrictions, or force majeure events, the foundation will make announcements regarding postponement. Processing fees, tickets, and transfers will be subject to the rules published prior to transaction gateway configuration.
