From Participation to Progress
FLEXATHON will measure what happens beyond the finish line Aligned with SDG targets
Commitment
The impact page is essential for credibility. It shows how FLEXATHON will move from awareness to documented action without exaggerating what a single event can achieve.
Our Impact Commitment
- Select the Goal: Identify the Global Goal that will guide the edition.
- Define the Local Need: Understand how the selected goal connects with the host community.
- Appoint Credible Partners: Work with organisations that have relevant knowledge and implementation experience.
- Deliver Activities: Connect the sporting event with awareness, engagement or supporting initiatives.
- Measure and Report: Publish the activities completed, resources mobilised, participation achieved and outcomes observed.

Financial Transparency
Any fundraising, donation, sponsorship allocation or cause-linked financial mechanism will be disclosed clearly before registration begins. The website will explain:
- How funds are collected
- What costs are deducted
- Which organisation receives the support
- How the funds will be used
- When the outcome report will be published
Claims discipline: Do not publish claims such as "every registration supports a child" unless a documented financial mechanism is already in place.
